In the heart of the village of Loubeyrat, chef Yoann Pilleyre will win you over with his contemporary take on local cuisine. The plates are beautifully presented, and feature well-prepared dishes such as lamb parmentier, sweetbreads sautéed with morel mushrooms, or just-snacked scallops. Lunchtime offerings are more traditional, but still just as tasty: pork loin, roast chicken or beef tongue. In the dining room, the welcome is friendly and the service efficient. The beautiful soundproofed dining room can accommodate groups.
