The sylvatorium is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. You'll take a forest bath on a one-kilometer trail that will stimulate all your senses. Spas are installed: large wooden tubs into which you plunge clothed to immerse yourself in sounds (hearing), smells (smell), chromotherapy (sight) and electromagnetic communication (touch), not forgetting the taste with forest berries. The perfect way to disconnect and reconnect with nature. Educational panels help visitors learn more about the forest and its benefits.

The Cap Guéry mountain center is an outdoor Nordic activity center perched at an altitude of 1,268 meters. It boasts 58 km of classic and skating trails, 30 km of Nordic itineraries and 28 km of marked snowshoe trails. In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, of course, as well as snowshoeing, dog sledding and introductory laser rifle shooting. Many outings are supervised, allowing you to discover the wide-open spaces of the Sancy. Some nature outings are truly exceptional and rich in emotion. To round off the day, dine in the kota grill (reservations required). For the little ones, there's a play area for learning about the snow-covered mountains.

In summer, nature changes, and so do the activities. Hike, mountain bike or ride an electric scooter to discover the volcanic landscape and its flora and fauna. With friends or family, you can have fun on the Terra Alta trail, an unusual exploration course. There's something for every taste and level. You'll find all the equipment you need to rent, as well as a reception area, an out-of-bag room, a snack bar and why not stay in one of the two wooden cabins in winter, or in the lodge tents in summer... A real nature break awaits you!

And if you let yourself be tempted by this walk? From the bottom of the valley to the puy Gros plateau, from streams to clearings and from scree to burons, the climb opens onto the Guéry summer pasture areas. At the top of the puy Gros, the work of the glaciers is obvious, in the perspective of the Mont-Dore valley. The view of the Sancy ridges is unbeatable. Take the time to appreciate it and to breathe this so pure air before going down again. The distance is 8 km, the duration is 3 hours. Departure from the marshes on the D996, yellow markings, maximum altitude : 1 485 m.

The Mont-Dore Aventures park is located in the heart of the Capucin, in a forest that is over 100 years old. Users move from tree to tree by means of games, cables, wooden bridges, ropes, nets or by jumping from one platform to another and by zip lines of different lengths (about twenty from 30 to 150 meters long). The Mont-Dore Aventures team offers many activities in summer and winter: escape game, rope game, electric scooter, snowshoeing, sledding, cross-country skiing, skating...

In winter on snowshoes, in summer on foot or by mountain bike, the team of mountain guides of Le Mont-Dore takes the curious eager to discover the landscapes of the Sancy and its most unusual places. Geology, fauna and flora, the Auvergne will have no more secrets after your trip. Numerous activities, to be done in groups or individually, are proposed by these qualified enthusiasts: stroll to the waterfalls, night hike with snowshoes, hike to discover medicinal plants... The outings take place in a good mood and conviviality.

Fatscoot ? What is this new activity proposed in the Sancy? Hold on to your handlebars, we are talking about all-terrain downhill scooter. Different routes are mapped out, to be chosen according to your level: beginner or advanced. The departure is at the foot of the Val de Courre. On the tracks, go around the obstacles: slaloms, raised turns... Sensations guaranteed on board the Fatscoot. Once the course is finished, you go back up by the ski lift. This activity is accessible from 8 years old and can be practiced with the whole family.

Outdoor activities in summer and winter? Sancy Park has done it! Thrill-seekers will try out the zip line, unique in Auvergne. In summer, you can take to the skies with the tubby jump. Toboggan runs are open for children and adults. On sunny days, you can ride an all-terrain electric scooter or test your agility at the disc golf. Two activities are exclusively dedicated to children: the infernal tower which includes a climbing wall, a slide and a jump in the void and the snowmobile driving.

The summer luge track is located in the heart of the Parc des Léchades. The summer luge, also called bobsleigh by analogy with the bobsleigh, takes the basics of the winter luge. The summer luge, or how to take advantage of the slopes in the summer season, is a real thrill seeker. The stainless steel track, 520 meters long, offers children some great descents. Please note that children under 1.25 m must be accompanied by an adult.

A small walk of 2 h in sous that makes it possible to win Capuchin. You can also join other paths such as the Doctors or Milles-Pis. Many other trails leave the station. This is the case of the Chemin-Roze road - the name of the two artists who created it - leading to the Grande Cascade.
