Well located in the heart of Mont-Dore, the Tsar has kept his Belle-Epoque decoration, typical of the resort, with a slightly nostalgic air, reminiscent of the luxury of yesteryear. Sometimes in the evening, this setting hosts jazz or blues concerts. Today, the restaurant surfs on the tourist crowd by offering burgers, salads etc. And throughout the day, he provides homemade pancakes, generous ice cream cups and other smoothies, but also plates of cheese and deli meats. At mealtimes, the dishes are hearty and correct without being extraordinary. Nevertheless, the address is there to help out with big cravings.
