Le Tremplin is the place to be in Le Sancy to enjoy a pizza... not like the others. Here, the pizzas are called la Cantalienne, la Mont-Dore, la Campagnarde or la Sancy. Here's a roundabout way to savour the best Auvergne cheeses! Lovers of more classic pizzas will enjoy the Queen (slightly enriched, especially with artichokes) or the Neapolitan. In addition to the names of the specialities, the place makes it possible not to forget that we are in the middle of the mountains. Young and old gourmets alike will find a place in a chalet setting.
