In the heart of Le Mont-Dore, this restaurant is typical of the region. Its cosy interior is reminiscent of a wooden chalet. In this warm and inviting space, you can enjoy a gourmet break in summer or winter. Here, you can sample fine Auvergne specialities such as the famous truffade served in its own pan. You can also try our pike-perch pannequet with cantal or enjoy coq au vin d'Auvergne. All in all, the welcome is warm and the dishes hearty and delicious.
