Henri and Chrystel Ducros are the fifth generation of farmers to grow delicious red fruit in open fields. They then transform their harvest into tasty jams with high fruit content (raspberry, rhubarb...), syrups (blackberry, blackcurrant...), coulis, vinegars and fruit jellies. All without additives or preservatives, just good fruit and sugar. You can also find them on Saturday mornings at the Issoire market.
