Mr. Kasıp Kıran's restaurant doesn't look like much but it's very good! You'll find soups (including one with fish from the lake) that start being served from early morning! Many Turks have soup in the morning. You will also be offered pastırmalı kuru fasulye, an original dish based on white beans accompanied by dried grison meat with garlic, local dumplings(köfte) or the inevitable liver. The prices are very reasonable.
