The Beşiktaş club, Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü, is a football club founded in 1903. It is also an omnisport club. The Beşiktaş club has its headquarters and stadium, the BJK İnönü stadium, recently inaugurated in 2017, known as the Vodafone Arena, with a capacity of 32,145 seats, in the Beşiktaş district. The stadium is equipped with solar collectors through which it can produce its own energy. Rainwater is collected for watering the land.
