The Istanbul Black Market offers a little bit of everything, but it is mainly mobile phones and household appliances that are offered on handcrafted stands. There is always a lot of activity and there is always a lot of hustle and bustle on weekends and there are more merchants on Saturdays and Sundays. As in all markets, you are strongly advised to be attentive and watch out for your handbag, laptop and wallet.
