For lovers of tripe sandwiches, this great classic of Turkish cuisine, let yourself be tempted by this small but very famous establishment, whose flavours are constantly recommended by the people of Istanbul. For those who don't love guts, there is a version with köfte (meatballs) or sucuk (spicy sausage). Oğuzhan, in the kitchen, will make you talk while you wait and will not lack humour. A charming little restaurant, although rudimentary. Remember to reserve because there is little space.
