Located in Schiltigheim, HiBiKi offers delicious, delicate traditional Japanese cuisine such as miso grilled salmon, teriyaki chicken, Japanese-style stewed beef, red mullet millefeuille with salted plum or beef tataki in the famous bentos. Vegetarian dishes are also available. The dishes are perfectly prepared in accordance with the rules of Japanese art. Natural and biodynamic wines are available to accompany these delicate dishes. As for dessert, you won't want to miss out on the iconic mochi.
