Located behind the Vaima centre, this chic brasserie establishment is one of the most refined restaurants in Polynesia. Held by Jean-Charles Lallemand, who officiates in the kitchen, you can enjoy terrine of foie gras and its apple and apricot sauce, vol-au-vent of snails with windfall and black garlic, puff pastry of sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, or caramelized Norwegian salmon with honey and ginger. Excellent wine list. One of the best in the whole Territory, perfect for a business dinner or a romantic date.

Le meilleur restaurant de Papeete. Cʻest cher, mais cʻest bon! Un conseil : il faut réserver plusieurs jours a lʻavance pour pouvoir y manger le soir le WE.
