A solid address in Papeete highlighting, under the leadership of chef Christian Mazeres, a cuisine that is sometimes French and sometimes European. This is particularly evident in the half-cooked foie gras, cocoa and vanilla truffles, and fig confit; the Perigordine ceps, smoked duck breast and hot foie gras; the lamb mouse with honey and spices; or snail nems with ceps and pistachios in balsamic sauce. The presentations are always extremely well cared for, and we appreciate the warm and professional welcome.

I arrivéée in Grillardin by chance because it is all prèsb Town Hall of PAPEETE. I was echantée by the warm welcome of the entire team and the talent of the chef. I particularly recommend the Méli Mélo of St Jacques and Crevettes and gourmet coffee... a delight!
