Vintage hotel in a beautiful setting near the Ramblas in Barcelona.

Located in a 1960s building, just 200 metres from the Ramblas, Chic & Basic plays the retro card with a design designed by the Barcelona studio Lagranja, which has recovered the icons of the time to give the hotel a unique identity. As proof, the reception desk made up of old vintage suitcases, or the pretty green Fiat that sits in the reception room! All the rooms are decorated in a retro spirit, with cheerful tart colours. The rooms on the top floor have a pleasant terrace.

Très bon séjour pour le vol / l'hôtel et le tourisme. Gros point noir le transfert aéroport/hôtel : qui a été très long et en plus le chauffeur nous a pas déposé au bon hôtel...il y a eu inversion d'hôtel avec l'autre couple dans la navette. Après plusieurs kilomètres de marche et de galère, nous sommes arrivés à minuit à notre hôtel (3h00 après l'atterrissage sans bagage en soute, donc pas de perte de temps à l'aéroport) !!! Le retour hôtel/aéroport s'est nettement mieux passé avec métro et bus, 45 min seulement !!!
