Idéalement situé au centre de Barcelone sans les nuisances sonores de la ville

NEFASTO
El día 19/10/2023 me encontraba en Barcelona en un congreso, al llegar a la estación de trenes me indican que había una avería en las vía y todos los trenes quedaban cancelados. Contacto telefónicamente con el hotel para ver si tenian habitaciones disponibles y me indican que quedaba solo 1, pero debía hacer la reserva a través de Internet, procedo a gestionar la reserva y recibo el correo de confirmación. Pido un taxi y me dirijo al hotel y al llegar el recepcionista me indica que la habitación se la había dado a otra persona. Mientras estaba esperando en la recepción llega un chico, paga la habitación y luego el recepcionista procede a cancelarme la reserva en mi propia cara.
Literalmente me han dejado en la calle.
No recomendaría éste hotel ni a mi peor enemigo.

Este hotel está ubicado a una cuadra de la Rambla de Barcelona y dos de la plaza de Catalunya.
Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, todos los servicios y mucha amabilidad en el trato. Muy recomendable . Solo estuvimos un día pero lo dejaré agendado para otra visita.

I'm giving this review because very unprofessional stuff at reception, one of them was lying to me twice about availability of the room and prices. We stayed there one night and we wanted to stay after few days few more night's. Even we saw that there was available rooms he didn't want gave us the room, he was giving some stupid excuse , like you can book via booking, but there is some mistake in the system, we are fully booked. I saw that day, they didn't sell this room, after discussion with him, after few minutes he was smoking at entrance of the hotel. They should also get some training for smiling. Horrible service!

Hotel situato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere la Rambla e le fermate della metro. Le camere sono essenziali ma pulite e grandi. Il personale è molto disponibile e simpatico: ci è stato consigliato un tour della città davvero interessante e insolito, il ragazzo della reception ha prenotato per noi tutti i ticket per le principali attrazioni della città stampandoceli. Consigliato!
