If you only go to the restaurant in Aswan once, go in front of Egypt Air, along the cornice, to take the shuttle that will take you to the small island. After a fire in 2017, the site was completely rebuilt and the Nubian atmosphere restored, from the decoration to the plate. Prefer the terrace to the hall, the setting is magical. You will find Nubian specialities: grilled meat, tajines, mezze, salads, rice... Service somewhat overwhelmed in high season.

Le lieu est sympathique, au frais, pour savourer la cuisine nubienne et échapper à la chaleur étouffante. La nourriture est correcte mais pas extraordinaire. La vue sur le Nil est merveilleuse, en revanche.
