Abdel Kareem has fresh fish delivered every morning from the port of Hurghada, where fishermen hurry in at dawn to sell the products they caught that very night. His seafood soup is a must, with its half-crab, squid and shrimps, a real delight! Abdel-Kareem does not preserve food that has not been eaten by the customers. Besides, if he has sold everything before your arrival, true to himself, he will invite you to come back the next day; it is at this price that we ensure the freshness of the ingredients.
