Good value rooms in a historic hotel with a rooftop pool in Stone Town, near the Old Fort.
This historic hotel in Stone Town, next to the Old Fort, offers reasonably priced, well-equipped air-conditioned rooms with pretty mosaic bathrooms, some with balconies, and very rustic but charming Zanzibari and Indian furniture. Appreciable hotel service. The white tiles and small fridges are rather plain. Its best feature is the recently built rooftop swimming pool with sea view, open at all hours - a rarity in this price range. Breakfast is also a plus.

Le personnel est courtois.
Les chambres possèdent le nécessaire : mini bar avec bouteilles d eau gratuites, climatisation, moustiquaire, ventilateur au plafond... certaines ont un balcon. La décoration est bien dans l’esprit zanzibarite.
Piscine et terrasse en rooftop.
Le déjeuner est tout a fait correct et bon : plats salés et sucrés, café, thé, fruits, corn-flakes...
Le wifi fonctionne bien ce qui est appréciable.
Ce n’est pas un hôtel luxueux donc si vous recherchez un 5 étoiles passez votre chemin. Cependant si vous cherchez un point de chute avec juste ce qu il faut comme confort, c est ce qu il vous faut....
