Perfectly located in the heart of the town of Issoire, this establishment calls out... shop ? restaurant ? culinary workshop ? In fact, he is all of those things! Orchestrated by the charismatic Laurent Kusniak, The 6 Seasons invites you on a strange journey. On site, the shop offers many local products from Auvergne and also from England or Italy, souvenirs of the boss's professional experiences. There is a beautiful collection of Auvergne's artisanal beers, even the most confidential. Kitchen side, here we have nothing to hide! The preparations are made right in front of your eyes, even the excellent homemade whipped cream beaten on the fly. The slate is simple but the dishes are generous and tasty, based on excellent quality products. Salmon steak, tapenade crust and pan-fried vegetables, beef bourguignon sautéed potatoes, Basque piperade and Auvergne ham are just a few examples. And no fuss, the customers (about ten at the most) have lunch together on two large tables, encouraging exchanges and bringing conversations closer together. On Sunday morning, indulge in an English breakfast and share a cooking class on Wednesday afternoon with the chef!
