Relatively close to the main tourist attractions of the city (citadel, Roman amphitheatre...), the hotel is well positioned in the business district of Al Abdali. It offers 260 spacious rooms with a sober and rather impersonal decoration. It has a fitness centre and an outdoor pool. For dinner, there are several options: Al Liwan, where you can enjoy local or international specialties, the Royal Club with gourmet cuisine or the Wings club and the Oasis Piano.

Le standard de la chambre dépend de celle qui vous a été attribuée. Lors d'un premier séjour, ma chambre et la salle de bain n'étaient pas au niveau d'un 5*. De plus, le bruit des moteurs des climatiseurs juste en dessous des fenêtres était très désagréable. Heureusement, lors d'un second séjour, j'ai pu avoir une "vraie" chambre, vaste, confortable et cossue. Sinon, le personnel est très professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner de très bonne facture.
