A jewel of the rural heritage! Chiroka Laka is one of the numerous Bulgarian villages of the national Renaissance made of these white houses of half-German, half-Mediterranean aspect. Located in a beautiful high valley, it is an architectural reserve, a small masterpiece preserved from untimely renovations and even from a too urban tourism. Chiroka Laka is one of the most important places for hiking tourism in the Rhodopes. There are many guest houses and hikers. Cross the old bridge, at the exit of the village in the direction of Pamporovo, and visit the old cemetery. Small store in the information center.
