A vintage and friendly bar that transports you to an episode of the show Friends, in the famous Central Perk! The place is perfect for relaxing with friends, and there are plenty of self-service games. It's up to you to choose and play till you drop. The coffee is very good and if you are addicted to chocolate, try the homemade hot chocolate (it is made with real bars!). An atmosphere worthy of the series, without the actors unfortunately but with less stories than in the series... Fans will undoubtedly love it. Impeccable service.

A trendy meeting place for the local youth, rather nerdy than crazy. Cu (for the copper symbol) 29 is a very nice address in the lively Kapana pedestrian area. You can sit on the terrace or on one of the benches of the small room of the counter. The music - at least during the day - is soft and jazzy. If you come in the evening, it's unlikely that you'll find a place, especially on weekends, of course! Perfect for a break during your discovery of Kapana, its monuments, its stores, its lively streets..

One of the few, if not the only nice place to stop between two visits of historical monuments or museums in the old Plovdiv to drink a good coffee, a hot chocolate or a cold drink depending on the season. A few vintage suitcases piled on the terrace and plants growing in old recycled shoes welcome you at the entrance. The menu of Rahat Tepe is not long, proof of a home-made preparation, but the quality of the dishes (meat, fish, vegetables, Bulgarian starters based on raw vegetables, cheese and olives) is there. For those who are a little hungry, one dish for two is more than enough. It is even customary here to select several dishes and share them among the whole table. Superb service.
