Museum dating from 1930, with a collection of Orientalist paintings and ancient Numidian and Roman remains.
This interesting museum, which dates from 1930, bore the name of its founder Gustave Mercier until 1973. It presents a collection of orientalist paintings of the 19th century and ancient vestiges, Numidian and Roman, brought to light in Constantine and in the surroundings of which the bronze Victory of Cirta, discovered in the Capitol during the excavations of the Kasbah, and the objects and weapons coming from the tower of Khroub, the tomb of a Berber king. To see also, the room dedicated to the Kalaa of Beni Hammad. One can also see the mosaic of Venus which dates from the 2nd century.
