war memorial in Constantine honoring soldiers who died in the First World War.
At the end of the cliff on the right bank, beyond the Sidi-M'Cid bridge, is this monument erected at the beginning of the 20th century in memory of the soldiers who died in the First World War. Once parked below, one reaches it via a beautiful staircase, and the views are sublime throughout. But the icing on the cake is really the view that the monument itself offers, once you are at the top, at 700 m altitude. The panoramic view on the whole city of Constantine and the surroundings is then absolutely magical and breathtaking.
