Attended by businessmen, embassies and its regulars, the Palm is probably the only table for a city dinner. Fresh fish according to consignment: mullet, whiting, swordfish, sepia… Paella (Thursday evening).
It is recommended for its service, its kitchen and especially its surroundings. It is by far the best restaurant in the city. Its terrace and three rooms, including one typical with its old fireplace, directly overlook the harbour. Serves as alcohol.

avec tel prix d"entrée vous pouvez facilement manger dans un autre restaurant de bien, bah je suis trés heureux d'avoir un si propre et si beau endroi à Béjaia; mais quand mm les prix sont trés élvés.
