Employé dans cette établissement en tant que commis oeurdevrier de 1985 a 1987, je n'est eu que de bon souvenir de cette hotel.Que se soit au niveau du personnels ou bien de la direction qui a changer depuis. En suite qu'une chanbre ne soit pas faite je trouve sa tout a fait normal Monsieur vue l'heure a l' aquelle vous avez pris possession des lieux, cette a dire 04H00 du matin. Il fallait appeler l'hotel pour les prevenir du retard, pour qu'il puisse prendre les disposition nécéssaire. pour trouvé du personnel d'tage.ensuite l'autorisation et obligatoire a partir de 00H00, tout en sachant que l'ètablissement a dèja ètait braquer.

I find a shame that the touch of zero is not possible
How can you accommodate guests in this way! rough a reservation of more than 15 days in advance for a family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) the hotel refused to give us the keys a permit commissarait have because we are arrive after 00:00!!!
It is impossible to take differently, we have never been informed by the reception of this approach (Clean tizi has as no troubles on Algiers)
Rough 2:30 waiting to the completely exhausted police station, children dormant in our arms would have this permission, has 4 H00 you would have the keys to the rooms in the state be lamentable
The personal you yourself completely, small lunched real disaster!
Our dissatisfaction near the reception did not seem to touch person, according to the manager of the reception, whether the rooms is rented or not its wages would be always the same!!!!
I advice really sleep outside rather than to choose this dormitory!
