LE CINTRA

This mythical restaurant in Oran, long frequented by Albert Camus and many intellectuals, reopened in February 2014 after four years of work. The setting has unfortunately nothing to do with the original one, but the establishment nevertheless has the air of a brasserie of yesteryear and it is rather successful. The kitchen privileges the flavours of the European Mediterranean gastronomy and is a delight.

The Cintra is thus very pleasant for a meal at midday or the evening. Good list of Algerian, French and Spanish wines.
