Temtem is a mobile application that runs on the same system as Uber. Downloadable on Google play and Apple Store, it allows you to book a car with driver 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for trips to Algiers, Oran and Constantine or for trips from these cities to all of Algeria. The price is fixed in advance and announced at the time of booking, so there are no unpleasant surprises. The driver is then geolocated and the application allows him to follow his arrival in real time on a map as well as his coordinates, including the photo and the model of the vehicle. Temtem offers several products in the same application: small economical city car, premium vehicle, traditional taxi and even motorbike, or "100% She", offers 100% feminine with exclusive female drivers. At the end of the journey, the customer pays in cash the price of the journey that was announced at the time of booking; in the case of a company that has subscribed to the company offer, passengers pay nothing, Temtem invoices the company at the end of the month and pays the drivers afterwards. At the end of the race, the driver is graded to allow a better quality of service, with optional commentary.

All drivers undergo extensive training and are selected through a rigorous recruitment process; a system of bonuses/malus, benefits, but also a scale of penalties in case of misconduct helps them to always offer the best quality of service. In the event of a complaint, Temtem has all the information concerning the drivers, including a complete administrative file. It is therefore a good way of getting around safely, especially for women.
