Here again, nature has done it right! This is what we call careful work. Indeed, one can only be ecstatic about this beach as soon as one enters the scene, that is to say, beyond the big filao at the foot of which one suddenly drops one's bike, caught up as one is by this dazzling spectacle of a remarkable intensity. Here is a sandbank, certainly one of the most beautiful of the country, that we are not ready to forget soon. We are amazed at first by the soft perspective, then we begin to detail the picture. We will be very surprised by this chaotic scree of granite of the Turcy point, on the left, beyond this funny small rock in shark's fin emerging from the sand. This last one, so white, is of a purity which delights all the more that one is alone to enjoy it. The shade being rare, the groups of excursion do not linger. However, a fruit juice or a coconut bought from the small vendors on arrival will increase the pleasure tenfold. Be careful though, swimming here is dangerous during the south-east monsoon, i.e. from April to October. In any case, the rollers seem to be a deterrent. Several tourists who braved them even paid with their lives. So we have to be satisfied with a 300 m long bubble bath, the foam of the waves already offering a bath as tumultuous as delicious. What a delight to be carried by the ebb and flow of these waves coming from far away, well beyond Frégate whose silhouette can be seen on the horizon, in a setting as sublime as it is wild!
