Kevin and his team offer a water cab service to the islands and beaches of the area: Curieuse, Saint-Pierre, Anse Lazio or Anse Georgette. The four boats also allow some nice excursions for snorkeling at Grande Soeur, Coco and Félicité, cruises to La Digue, half-day or full-day trips with barbecue on Cousin and the superb Aride (our favorite), big game fishing trips or to admire the sunset. Fishing enthusiasts will return home with a full net. It is also possible to privatize a boat.

Octopus is here, at the Côte d'Or PADI Club in Praslin. Classic or introductory dives, remote dives, Nitrox dives or night dives, Diego and his team will help you discover the treasures of the nearby marine reserve... or a little further afield, in a friendly atmosphere. Packages of several outings are also available. Octopus is a PADI 5-star Dive Resort voted one of the world's top 100 dive centers by German magazine Unterwasser. One of the best places to dive in the archipelago!

Edwin Rose, owner of the Laurier restaurant, is one of the Côte d'Or sea excursionists to claim an official licence. Equipped with three boats, one of which is used for deep-sea fishing (about €500 for half a day and €800 for a full day), this fisherman also offers trips to neighbouring islands, especially to discover Curieuse and Saint-Pierre, with of course a barbecue lunch. The trio Grande Soeur-Coco-Félicité is the subject of another excursion. Lunch is delicious and the excursions are made in small groups (10 people maximum).
