Between Sainte-Anne and Longue, a few fathoms from Ronde, Moyenne is 450 m long and 250 m wide. One hour is enough to go around it. Owner of the island since 1962 (10,000 pounds at the time), Brendon Grimshaw had made it his peaceful retreat since 1973 after a career as newspaper editor and personal adviser to the Tanzanian president Julius Nyerere. He had the good idea to label the trees: saga wood, sword mango, eucalyptus, sandragon... Many paths run through this forest. The Robinson died in 2012, bequeathing his piece of paradise to the Seychelles national parks..
