Richard and Françoise are restaurateurs... fulfilled! In the evening, it's best to arrive at 7.30 pm, under the big straw hut-style roof north of the Beau Vallon beach. Hence a reservation is advisable. For 500 SR (250 SR for children), a "typical creole buffet" at will, nicely staged on a gourmet pirogue. A dozen salads (avocado, mango, patol...) and as many hot dishes (barbecued fish, chicken, octopus curry, lentils...).
