This large room open to the four winds, hidden at the end of a small dead end and away from the bustle of Victoria, is indeed ideal for an authentic and, above all, quiet meal. At the Papagalo, chicken & chips and spare ribs are at the top of the Seychellois side of the pavement. It's a bit like a "Hard Rock Café" in the Seychellois style.
