Horrible! Took my money from visa without providing a ticket for the ferry boat! First they cancelled the ticket and then took the money! Never again!

Very bad travel agency! They took money from my account without giving a ticket for the ferry from La Digue to Mahe. Nobody answered the phone.

Bonjour à tous,
C'est par hasard que j'ai réservé une partie ce mon séjour aux Seychelles vi Seychelles Reservations.
Mais c'est avec plaisir que j'ai été suivi, encadré et encadré à chaque étape importante.
Olivier nous a permis de visiter l'ile de Mahé et nous a donné pleins de conseils et nous à raconté l'histoire des Seychelles. Ce fût un chouette moment passé à ses côtés.
Je recommande vivement.

We booked a half day tour from our hotel at Le Meridian at Fisherman's Cove. I had confirmed with them ahead that I would pay by credit card. We were called in the morning and told to arrived at the boardwalk by 9:30 as the boat would depart between 9:45 - 10 AM for the glass bottom boat tour to the Marine National Park. When we arrived, someone met us there to collect the payment in cash. We told them that we would pay with credit card as it was our last day and we did not have enough Seychellois Rupees left. She told us to wait and talk to Maria who was picking up more guests for the tour. We waited for 45 minutes and Maria still had not arrived. Frustrated with the wait, we decided to cancel and leave.

Réservation complète sur leur site des ferry entre les trois îles.
Il m'a été aussi très simple de modifier une réservation par mail pour changer le jour d'un ferry. Les traversées sont un peu onéreuses mais cela reste moins cher que l'avion.
