This is the third beach on the island of Koh Lanta, as you head south along the west coast from the village of Saladan. It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful, although the swimming is far from ideal, due to the presence of numerous rocks in the water. Klong Khong is indeed a beach with fewer shops and establishments than the neighboring beaches, but with a bohemian atmosphere, quieter and more relaxing. Its long ribbon of golden sand unfurls at the foot of coconut palms, facing a transparent sea. Most of the establishments along this beach offer relatively attractive prices.
