This large peninsula is only accessible by boat due to the presence of large limestone cliffs surrounding the bay. It actually contains four different beaches. No vehicles, so no noise pollution, in this small village paradise. There are a few resorts and guesthouses (most will charter a boat to pick you up). Even if you don't live there, we strongly advise you to come and spend a day. The surrounding cliffs are a delight for climbing aficionados. Longtail boats run between Ao Nang and Railey, and ferries run between Koh Phi Phi and Phuket.
