The Celtic, a little difficult to find, offers Thai, French and Italian specialties, the menu offers an incredible variety of dishes. For more than a dozen years now in Thailand, Bertrand, an expatriate from Brittany, has always been in a good mood in his restaurant. It is not uncommon for the boss and chef to come to the guests' table to make sure that the meal is going well. Very friendly welcome. The dining room exudes a friendly atmosphere.
