On the sunny side, Haad Rin Nok or Sunrise Beach is 800 m long and 30 m wide. It's one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. You can swim here without any problem. But above all, it's the focal point of the island's famous Full Moon Parties. For 3 to 5 days in a row, Rin Nok is invaded by thousands of dancers and other party-goers until the wee hours of the morning. The sound systems are cranked up to the max, so you can't sleep at night!
