Travel Guide Lomsak

Small provincial town where the inhabitants observe you with curiosity then show themselves smiling and courteous. The communication in English is not obvious: sign of the authenticity of the place. This town is an intermediate stage before accessing the various national parks in the region: in particular Nam Nao. The practical interest of Lomsak is to be located on the axis east-west Khon Kaen-Phitsanulok, on the one hand, and on the axis north-south Loei-Bangkok, on the other hand. It is a passage almost impossible to circumvent. About 160 km from Loei, further west, is Dan Sai, famous for its annual festival which attracts many people.
