CHAINAM RESTAURANT
Read moreThis little restaurant doesn't look like much, wedged between two buildings, but it's well located with its shaded terrace overlooking the river. The cuisine on offer is inspired by Peranakane, i.e. inherited from the first Chinese migrants to Thailand. It's good, indeed, but the prices are a little overpriced to take advantage of the foreign clientele. It's an opportunity to sample the region's fish and seafood, especially the excellent freshwater prawns. A good address for lunch.
