This museum of penalties or corrections is installed in a former prison built in 1890 under the reign of Rama V, history to set the tone. Indeed, the museum presents the rather "macabre" history of life in prison in Thailand. If the first floor shows photos of the former prison when it was still used, the second floor displays wax characters suffering torture and various punishments that were used once. It is interesting, but for sensitive souls, to abstain.
