INTERNATIONAL BOUDDHIST MEDITATION CENTRE

It is a traditional course, far from tourist and commercial classes, based on Vipanassa meditation. For Buddhists, meditation is essential to cleanse the mind and achieve inner peace. These are mixed classes that accept monks, locals and tourists. Participants can stay in a room where free meals are provided. Retreats of 3 days or more are possible.
