Worst value for the price in my life. Customer service by the receptionist was unprofessional via the phone. They do not provide room delivery for anything you need, you must go and collect it yourself from the reception even if it's a towel or slippers!!!

Séjour du 12 au 14 Janvier 2023..(chambre double prestige 406)..
Accueil parfait....
Chambre spacieuse...
Petit déjeuner varié et copieux..
Emplacement au top..6 min à pied du centre ville..

De prestige il n'en a que le nom. Isolation catastrophique, l'air passe à côté des fenêtres, on entend tous les bruits de la rue. Pommeau de douche cassé qui fuit de partout, sauna toujours en panne. Accès au parking ne fonctionne pas. J'ai été bloqué 20min j'ai dû appeler 4 fois pour de l'aide... Bref pour une chambre supérieure et hôtel prestige ça ne les vaut pas du tout. Préférez un autre hôtel. Très très déçu

Hôtel bien placé et super accueil d’un réceptionniste Arthur qui sait nous conseiller pour un restaurant aux alentours. Merci à lui pour son amabilité et sa disponibilité.
