Stéphane Bath and his wife Camille offer beautiful, good and innovative dishes. The menu changes every two months with creative cuisine and gustatory surprises.

En étant non natif, c’était la première fois d’avoir commandé un riz de veau : aucun regret ! Les viandes très moelleuse, la sauce un peu sucrée mais pas trop (je voyais d’une petite similitude à la sauce teriyaki mais plus subtile). Leur service même pas comparable avec ailleurs, j’en suis tellement content : barman, serveurs, cuisiniers je n’en ai rien à dire…!
J’ai quand même mis 4 étoiles dessus c’est uniquement en raison financière : je vois très bien que leurs plats valent mais je ne suis malheureusement pas capable d’y aller souvent en ce moment. Mais ce n’est pas un prix hors norme non plus.
Pour une occasion spéciale, une soirée romantique ou gourmande, je le recommanderais à tous/toutes qui viennent à Clermont-Ferrand !
