Le Dôme is the gourmet corner of the Centre Jaude. In a light-filled space away from the crowds, the brasserie serves local produce. These include roast Saint-Nectaire and aligot, but the star of the restaurant is the truffade. Some would even say it's the best in town! Prepared with local ham, it's served solemnly in its steaming pan, to be shared among guests. The varied menu caters for all budgets. The welcome is remarkable, even on busy days.
