Cuisine of Frédéric Prost and Sandrine Baubet in a restaurant on Abbé Girard Street.
You'll love the retro bistro look of this restaurant. After 13 years at Demoiselles du Zénith, Sandrine Baubet has decided to continue the adventure here, paying homage to her predecessor who was none other than her father. The chef offers a ballotine of veal with green pepper, summer tabbouleh and arugula pesto, or grilled polenta, honey-roasted tomato, goat's cheese and tapenade. All excellent. At the end of the meal, we melt for a raspberry with tonka bean and cherry coulis, or a rum baba. The wine list is complete. A place to come back to again and again.
