A superb restaurant with a very original table, a good address for poke bowls in Clermont-Ferrand.
Sometimes it's enough to mix and match flavors we already know, to take us on a journey. This is the principle behind poke bowls, inspired directly by a traditional Hawaiian dish. The idea is to place beautiful ingredients (vegetables, raw fish, fruit, etc.) on a base of cold, vinegared rice. Visually, it's full of color and superb! Gustatively, too. The establishment, which is a franchise, offers pre-established recipes, but it is also possible to create your own dish. Poke bowls can be taken away or eaten on the spot. The well-decorated room even has a very original table where you can eat in a group.

Déçus...
Nous avons commandé un lil poké création + un médium. Et nous avons reçus deux lil poké alors que le supplément pour le médium à bien été réglé...
Concernant le dessert, "l'original sweet bowl" malgré le film alimentaire mis tout autour celui ci à fuité en dehors du contenant.
Et bien sûr uber eats refuse de faire un geste pour les erreurs...
Pour 41€06 nous ne recommanderons plus.
