Gigot de 7 heures, ravioles, ossobuco: the names of the dishes on the slate are not unfamiliar. Emmanuel and his team offer traditional recipes. Made entirely in-house, they have a little something extra: duck breast with citrus fruits, half-cooked soya-sesame tuna with glazed vegetables... The menu changes weekly. In the kitchen, Emmanuel works with local, seasonal produce. Wines come from Auvergne and all over France, and beers are chosen from local producers. The welcome is pleasant and smiling.
