Small, family-run bodega in Maipú, producing 300 barrels of high-quality wine and offering a guided tour with wine tasting
Carinae is the Latin name of a constellation that Brigitte and Philippe Subra have been contemplating every night since they left Toulouse in 1998 to settle here. This passionate French couple has built this small family winery of almost 19 hectares, planted with malbec, syrah and cabernet Sauvignon. It produces only 300 barrels of high quality wine, no overproduction for export here. Guided tour led by the friendly couple, tasting among others Malbec Gran Reserva and Brigitte's cuvée (malbec and cabernet sauvignon).
