L'IMPULSIF
A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, Rémi Laroque worked in prestigious establishments before returning to his native region. With his wife Noëlline, he opened his own restaurant here, which was awarded a star in 2024. Offered in 3, 6 or 9-course menus, the chef's creativity is given free rein. Each plate is prepared à la minute, using local produce. The sober, elegant atmosphere features works by artist Cofee. In 2026, the restaurant will take another step forward by moving into an elegant spa villa.

Un savoureux mélange de cuisine française et japonaise.
Une cuisine gastronomique recherchée, et un très bon accord mets et vins.
Pour deux personnes, nous avons payés 289€, nous avions pris deux apéritifs, la balade en 7 temps (78€/pers) ainsi que l’accord met-vin (50/pers). Soit un total de 144,50€ par personne.
Si vous en avez les moyens, c’est une très belle expérience que je recommande ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment
